Do you have a pet?

Schroeder Apartments has recently been allowing for small pets to stay in the apartments.  There is a pet damage one hundred ($100.00) dollar deposit and an additional charge of $25.00/month (for a min. of 12 months).  Only SMALL QUIET pets will be considered and will be on the discretion of the landlord if a pet qualifies.  While we would prefer you leave you pet with a relative, we understand when it comes to the pet as a member of the family.  
It's another reason why we're at occupancy 98% of the year.
